Goal: The project seeks to enhance women’s economic inclusion and promote sustainable and inclusive growth by harnessing the great potential of women entrepreneurs within the region, by supporting the development of women-led MSMEs in selected gender-sensitive value chains to provide working-age women with increased business and job opportunities.

Activities: To design, develop and deliver an intensive 4-week programme in e-commerce and e-marketing, with businesses from Tunisia. This included:

  • Developing, localising and delivering a custom 4-day in person e-commerce accelerator with training and action planning to enhance digital presence and online business models

  • Conducting small group coaching and individual 1:1 coaching for planning, implementation support and troubleshooting.

Results: The Tunisian E-commerce Accelerator Programme launched in March 2023, when 30 women entrepreneurs were welcomed onto the programme.
