Goal: To build e-commerce capacity and skills in Kigali, Rwanda via a technical assistance programme to train e-commerce coaches.

Activities: To deliver an E-commerce Train the Trainer course. The training included delivering modules to coaches on E-commerce Market Research, E-commerce Engineering (Profitability), International E-marketplaces, S-commerce (social commerce) and C-commerce (chat commerce).

 Results: 15 coaches have been trained to be deployed as e-commerce coaches to develop SMEs online presence in Rwanda.
