“I would like to thank you all for this brilliant course. Coming from a technical background, I can say this course was one of a kind and I can recommend it to anyone who is interested in e-marketing and e-commerce… I had experience with e-commerce, but this course handled a lot for me and gave me a lot of knowledge and experience more in detail about e-commerce… Overall the course was great and I have a lot of information. I would like to give my appreciation to UNIDO for creating this course.”

“The course was more than wonderful and useful. It covered a lot of the spaces and gave a lot of information and insights to everything related to e-marketing and e-commerce. It opens horizons for people to use in the future. On a personal level I used to think that the secret for business success and the promotion of internet lies in the budget and everything is about the money, but with you I discovered that it’s not that, it’s more than using money only and there are many free ways to teach business owners how to expand and promote their business. Thank you for giving us this opportunity… Our work in the future will certainly be affected by employing what we have learnt to our teaching tools.”

“Thank you for all of your support and hard work in preparing this amazing course. I am certain that our SMEs and start-up owners would benefit from such content… SMEs and start-up owners would be able to make more accurate decisions in terms of increasing their market and sales… I loved how the materials were organised.”
